• Place your order online, add to the cart all the items you would like to order. Finally, you can make your payment through paypal.

We only accept PayPal.

You don't need to have a paypal account to use paypal to check out. You can use your debit or credit card to make your paypal payment.

All orders are shipped with tracking number, so you can follow your package during the whole transit time.

You will received a shipment notice once your order has been shipped, with the tracking number.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer.

Processing time depends on the stock of each item (if it's already made or not) at the moment you place your order.

All Nena Sideral's items are handmade, the collections are limited, some items are ¨one of a kind¨ and others can be made in the amount you would need.

Item is in stock, it's already made and packaged, ready to ship in 1-3 days.

Item is not made but it can be manufactured and ready to ship in 1-5 days.

• Bajo pedido - Tiempo de envío 1-3 semanas / Made to order - Processing time: 1-3 weeks

Item is not already made. It can be manufactured and ready to ship in 1-3 weeks.

If you are not happy with your item, you can return it or you can exchange it for another item within 7 days, in unused perfect condition.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us by mail, cambio@nenasideral.com, prior to returning the item. You will receive a return/exchange form, to fill in with your order number, item to return or exchange, reason for the return or exchange...

To avoid problems of packet loss, it must be returned by registered mail (the same system that we use for our shipments)

Shipping costs will not be refunded and the shipping costs for the return or exchange will be paid for the costumer.

Once the item is received, we will ship your new item or we will proceed to refund your money.

Custom made items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
